A founder's note
André de Souza (Deco) founded DECO after years of entrepreneurship where he noticed a pattern that changed everything. Wearing multiple business hats taught him that successful companies don't just work harder. They operate with the smartest, most efficient systems.
Co-founded and led with Liza Pereskokova (Co-founder & Business Partner). Based in Thornton, Colorado. Serving service businesses across the United States.
The problem we kept witnessing.
Every service business we worked with (flooring, HVAC, cleaning, drone) had the same pattern. Leads were coming in. Some weeks, plenty. But the system to convert them was held together by sticky notes, three browser tabs, and the owner's memory.
Bigger ad budgets made the leak worse, not better. New tools added more logins without solving the actual gap: there was no operating system. Just disconnected pieces, each working alone, none working together.
DECO is the system we wished existed when we ran our own operations. We built it, installed it, ran it alongside owners, and kept refining it. That's the product.
